Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following
Service Not Rendered:
If you made a payment but services have not yet started (e.g., audit not started, no keyword research initiated), you may request a full refund. Service rendered will be confirmed by an email usually within 1 day of payment.
Duplicate Payment:
If you accidentally made a double payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon request.
Project-Based Services:
For milestone-based projects, partial refunds may be issued for uncompleted phases, provided work has not commenced.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once any strategic documents, audits, keyword research, or SEO implementation has been delivered or started. The exception to this is if a client is unhappy with an SEO audit or Keyword Research service and they outline the exact reasons which are then not rectified by us (SEO Impacts). We reserve the right to rectify post-delivery to the clients concerns. If we agree to the edits/changes and are unable to fulfil our work then a full refund will be issued.
- For retainer-based services (e.g., monthly SEO management) after the current month’s work has begun.
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective outcomes (e.g., slower-than-expected ranking improvements) — SEO is a long-term investment and results vary by industry, competition, and other factors.
- If client delays, lack of access, or unresponsiveness impact delivery.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@seoimpacts.co.uk within the applicable refund period. Include:
- Your name and invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any amendments you’d like to see in place
- Any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots, communications)
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond accordingly.

- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, with notice provided on our website or via email.
